Services Offered

The Thrombosis Clinic in Surrey addresses a wide range of thrombosis cases, including patients with venous thromboembolic disease, patients requiring bridging anticoagulation, and patients who warrant hypercoagulability workup.

The Anticoagulation Management (ACM) clinic is a pharmacist-led clinic that helps bridge patients onto warfarin and performs low molecular weight heparin teaching for patients newly started on either LMWH and/or warfarin.
